Made my Dad a 74 year old man sit there for 2 hours to tell him they could not perform the procedure because their nurse was not there to verify if he could have the procedure. He had an appointment and decided to make this decision after he got there and then made him sit there only to tell him they have to reschedule when they could have told him that within the first 15 minutes. ...UNBELIEVABLE.
