Horrible service and reputation. You order some material and they offer you the world. They are quick to pickup a deposit for material you haven't even seen. Very pleasant over the phone but when my order was 2 weeks late and I called to complain I got lies and more lies. And when I threatened to sue I was insulted and yelled at over the phone and threatened with bodily harm. I called the sheriff and my lawyer. I never received my materials so now Im in court with them trying to get back my deposit. This is not the first time they have done this either. I later found out from the bailiff that many other companies like me have also file claims against the company. I only hope that I can collect most of my deposit back before the feds get involved.
