Dr. Liao is great although the support staff is terrible. They are not helpful at all. What ever happen to helping people who were sick. When I went in for my appointment the front desk was in a yelling argument with a patient. Extremely unprofessional. I called to have a prescription refilled and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. When I called back I was hung up on again. The support staff needs an attitude adjustment and some manners.
