This company is a joke , the owner Steve Bagley is terrible I gave him my deposit an second payment , towards the end of the job on the final this owner actually asked me for more money so he can buy my condensers , mind u I was told that he needed the second payment so he can buy the condensers for the final , an another thing is his help, I was introduced to his lead guy Chris which he was weird an telling me he was bipolar an talking about his snakes an cursing none stop I couldn't believe my ears an the nerve he had when my kids were in the next room , I was recommended by a friend to this company an was told the staff was excellent an when I asked for that person I was told he wasn't working there anymore , it's ashame because I was told he was very nice an cared about making the customer happy an his work was excellent , if I would of known then what I know now I would of not hired this company the owner doesn't seem like he knows how to run a business , I'm very unhappy an wish I would of hired another company
