Alliance appliance is the worst company i have ever had to deal with. They are completely incapable of completing a repair in any matter nevertheless efficiently. I bought an new whirlpool washer which came
In a new home I purchased in April. It didn't work and was under warranty. Whirlpool in turn hires appliance alliance which comes the first time
In May to only tell me they needed to come back as they only had one tech out and two were needed for the job of
Moving the stackable. Well the second time two techs came however told me I needed to have the contractor come
Out to have them removed from
My closet for no other than pure laziness. Well now it's four months later and seven not several visits and I am at the very bottom of the service
Priority list and have been told
I have to wait the three hour window for my turn. Please do not use this company you will surely be disappointed at the very least!

Please DO NOT do business with this company! I had the worst customer experience ever, with this company. They charged me $150 to fix a gas leak on my stove. They didn't have the proper tools with them to check to see if the gas leak was gone so they set an appointment to return. I smelled gas about a week later and said it wasn't fixed and asked them to come back as soon as possible. This was a safety issue, after all. I have young children. They never came back to check the leak so I had the gas company come out. Sure enough, the leak was still there. Alliance Appliance refused to come back and fix it or give me my money back. In fact, I called them every day for a week and emailed them to speak with a manager, since it was the receptionist that told me they wouldn't be giving me my money back or fixing it. Most days, the company didn't answer their phones and the one day they did, a supervisor was "not available." They NEVER returned my call.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Unfortunately I have to give it a star which it doesn't deserve any. Five scheduled appointments. First was to order the part (Whirlpool recommends them), next didn't show up, 2 days later came said it was fixed, wasn't, next day came sill not fixed, the following day again - not fixed, finally it appears fixed. They don't return phone calls from voice mail messages left so I posted my complaint on their Facebook page - so now they took the comments section out so the world can't see how dissatisfied people really are unless they are wise enough to write a YP review

Terrible customer service. Waited multiple weeks for a part to arrive than two more weeks for it to be installed. No apologies from anyone and was not given the chance to talk to a supervisor even after requesting to speak with a supervisor.

They cancelled my appointment because they claimed I had the wrong model number which I did not!

Alicia the office manager was rude and unprofessional.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Never ever use them. First of all they never show up at the schedule time. My appt was in the morning...that's when someone will callt o tell that they can't make it till late afternoon and the guy shows up at 5pm. They charge a flat fee of $149 that includes diagnostic and labor but guess what....if you do not order parts from them, they would not install it for you....which was never told beforehand. They charge you ridiculous amount for parts and i found the exact same parts online for less than half the cost, but i can't order them bc then they won't install it. So i end up paying the 149$ flat fee plus the extra cost for parts

A front loading washing machin...

A front loading washing machine was initially installed 1 year ago and immediately had operational issues. While still under warrantee, the manufacturer listed Alliance Appliance and HVAC as their local service provider. Alliance Appliance and HVAC was contacted. During their first visit , they stated they had to order the correct parts, they did not have the parts on hand. The part arrived. Alliance ordered the wrong part which was determined during their second visit. During their third visit, they forgot to order a second part. The second part was ordered. On their fourth visit the machine was finally fixed. There are two 4’ X 4’ boxes, one of which contains the part that was wrongly ordered, sitting in the driveway. Alliance Appliance and HVAC was asked nicely the first two times to pick them up. Each time they announced a pick-up time and did not show up. I left a message stating, “I don’t want another phone call, I just wanted the boxes picked up”. I was left a curt message stating that they did not have a truck big enough to haul it away.

Because of repeated human error, bad judgment and missed schedule times, this matter has still not been resolved after four months. The boxes are still in my driveway.

After dealing with another appliance repair company who broke my dishwasher even more than it was already, Alliance Appliance has been a dream. Fixed in 2 visits! They came, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part I needed and 2 days later it was installed and working like new. I highly recommend!
