Horrible organization with lousy customer service. They cannot follow basic direction; we have witnessed them more than once taking recyclable materials and placing in the trash (while also charging towns and private citizens for this 'service'. Rude owner and his lack of any customer service skills means the rest of the organization follows suit. There are few, but there are other options.
