The company offers scribing tools for wafer dicing and diamond precision cutting wheels. Its synthrodes are synthetic diamond-tipped bonding tools that are used in the tape-automated bonding process. The company also offers thermodes that provide maximum heat transfer to film frame tabs. Semicon Tools also offers flange lapping rings that keep blade flanges free of nicks and burrs.
