I love this place. If you go there at night have Jackie or Patty make your sandwiches they make the best sandwiches!!! And as for the service it is so great because they make it personally. They always smile and are very polite!

you should be honest when you make a comment! if i remember correctly ,and i'm sure i do, there were 6 of you who were drunk and disorderly and it was your group who were making obscene gestures to the ice cream case as if you were with your girlfriend and completely embarrassed me and my wife and were abusive to the lady who refused to wait her turn to be waited on.then one of you took some items off the counter and in your inebriated state threw them at the clerk while he was attempting to ring up a sale .....see.... when you cant handle your booze, you deserve having the police summoned as was the right thing for the clerk to do....... grow up,or as my wife would say ...man up your group made most of the people there very uneasy, you certainly deserved having the state police summoned! next time im in town ,ill go back there in spite of you

Love the place in cross river. Had a bad experience in Brewster hopefully the people that work there during normal hours are more polite.

Honestly a good deli but the man working there was a complete jerk. granted it was 2am and he might have been made about something else but he was treating all customers like complete garbage. Told one women that she needed to learn how to stand in a line. Refused to give food to a group of kids after it was already made. Won't be back because of this one grumpy man which is a shame..

Great 24/7 deli to have around, I love their Cluckin' Russian, food is fresh and delicious! My new to go to Deli in town!
