Proprietors Ting & Lillian officially opened Yoshi to the public on Friday, August 21st, 2009. It is the first full-service and only Japanese restaurant & sushi bar in Brewer, ME. Ting is an experienced sushi chef and an exceptional cook, with years of expertise in fine Japanese and Asian cuisine. He worked in Bangor, ME for years and studied & worked, operating several restaurants, in the Boston, MA area for decades!
