It serves mid-market, enterprise, public sector and educational organizations. The company designs, acquires, implements and supports information technology hardware and software solutions for clients. ProSys also offers platform selection, sourcing and order management services. Additionally, it provides deployment, asset recovery, disposal, maintenance and support services. The company works in partnership with Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, American Power Conversion, Citrix Systems, Compellent and Data Domain. ProSys maintains locations in cities throughout the United States, including one in Franklin, Tenn. It employs a staff of more than 300 people.
