My Husband was in route to the airport when he got a flat tire on his truck (could not get under it to remove the spare). He called AAA's requested roadside assistance and they told him it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours!!! We've all been there, right? Googled local towing service and got Glenn's Towing number; after a quick call Glenn was there in less than 20 min. Tire off and replaced in same amount of time or less, best service evah! He was personable and just a down home nice Pittsburgh Guy! Have already recommended him to a couple of my Friends and will keep his card handy for anyone who I know need emergency service that AAA can't cut! He was honest and fast. Good job Glenn, I bet you didn't noticed I was in the other car watching all of this go down and couldn't wait to get home and give you a shout out!
