I had 2 gas fireplaces to fix. Repairman fixed 1, but said he did not have the part, had to be at another appointment. 3 weeks later a repairman came. 21/2 hours past the appointment time. He did not fiix the problem and charged a second service call. They are not returning my calls today.

Joseph couldn't be more professional, courteous & knowledgeable. He owns one of the few organizations that can be trusted not to rip you off. We contacted them three years ago on a recommendation & he talked us through the problem without compensation, Remarkable because we hadn't established a business relationship as yet. Last year we had another issue that he couldn't resolve over the phone. He arrived at the exact time promised. He fixed the problem & the charge was minimal. Today, we couldn't light it for the first time this year. Once again, he talked us through the problem. He spent more than 30 min. on the phone with us (totally due to our ignorance). I insisted that he send me a bill for the time spent. Once again, he refused. (We are sending a gift for the Holidays.) Based on our experience, you cannot go wrong using their services. I own a computer software oriented business with clients throughout the U.S. and I know what service is! They are experts & true gentlemen!

They were fantastic, I coulnd't be happier! I had multiple so called "profesional's" here to fix my fireplace and they all charged me and gave me a different story about why it couldn't be fixed, and trying to sell me expensive parts they would have to order. Then i called Unmatched expecting the same thing, I was shocked to see how neat they were right away by taking off there shoes upon entering my home, then even more shocked by there honesty when they were able to fix the problem that ended up not needing any parts at all! I must say they did a great job and i would recommend them to anybody!
