This is the first pole dance studio I've ever been to, so, needless to say I was nervous! The moment I walked in and was greeted by Lauren I felt welcome. She is one of the most encouraging and genuinely caring people that I know. She takes her time explaining all the moves whether it be for Zumba or Pole. No matter what level you are you will feel welcomed and challenged here. Come ready to sweat!!

Best classes ever! They have such a wide variety I truly feel challenged in every class in a completely different way. Totally worth every dollar and then some! Their instructors are all certified.. the only pole studio on long island i have seen this in.

been taking the aerial fitness classes with my mom...exciting to have us both challenged with very different fitness levels. i have beena gymnast my whole life and my mom is not in great shape...their classes are so unique and personal i am so happy i found li dance fitness!

I took my second pole class at LI Dance Fitness after much hesitation due to my embarassment at my first class at S factor a few years ago. This studio is so much more relaxed and separates the groups of women into fitness and exotic so I never felt strange dancing on the pole. the instructor was very attentive and explained things real good i felt comfortable doing everything even though it was really hard at some points. i was continually encouraged and didnt feel like someone was catering to the girls better than me (i couldnt make an intro class due to my schedule and the owner was very accomodative to my needs) i just boguht a package of 10 classes cant wait to go back!
