Just be prepared to spend more then you think - we were quoted $249 for vents and ended up spending $490 Then we were quoted $89 for the rug cleaning and ended up spending $300 - although they were good recommendations (hard to say no) we agreed to additional services - not the most expensive ones, mind you - but come on...............

Had my basement flood in the middle of the night. This company sent someone out to help right of way. They are life savers!! Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing or heating and air conditioning services.

NON-RESPONSIVE to multiple requests and UNABLE to diagnose problem with Lennox AC unit Apex Service Company of Brentwood, MD installed in July 2008. Avoid this contractor. I cannot even give Apex a 1-star rating. We were forced to contract with a reputable firm, at considerable cost, to diagnose and correct the defect in the Lennox product. I would think twice before purchasing another Lennox product. BTW, don't be fooled by the DC Area Code telephone number; that is the home or cell number for someone who works there. It is the same company in DC and MD.

In a two month time frame, the new heater APEX installed leaked gas 4 times. The second time APEX came to fix it, two of their "technicians" tested for the gas leak with a cigarette lighter. The leak was not fixed, and they have been non-responsive since. Keep away from your family.
