Great work, got my last two mortgages with their help, both VA loans.
Very very supportive and knowledgeable, helped in situation I did not think
they could on the 1st loan and in the 2nd loan helped negotiate a terrible
appraisal. These ladies can get the job done for you. Will go to them
again and/or gladly recommend them!!!

Kathy was excellent to work with to get our mortgage, I would recommend her whole team at Prospect Mortgage. They always gave prompt responses to anytime we emailed or called them with questions.

Have done two VA loans thru the Loan Ladies and both transactions were flawless and entire staff was helpful and patient dealing with my questions. One transaction was a particularly difficult tiered VA Loan
that I wasn't even aware was possible, but Kathy was extremely knowledgeable about VA Loans and made the process painless.

My girlfriend and I were referred to Patti and Kathy through our builder as they were offering in house incentives. From the very beginning when we submitted our application to the day we closed The Loan Ladies and their team were there for us every step of the way. Patti kept up with me and even showed us what is needed to up our credit scores to get a better interest rate and even got us financing through government programs that we don't have to pay back. Holly kept me at ease when through the middle we had some minor complications with the credit beureaus. Also Simone. Simone and I were in constant contact till the very end of closing. She would follow up with me on a daily basis, and responded to every call and email quickly. She helped with all my questions regarding the loans and even helped me set up an appointment with the notary to come to us as my girlfriend and my schedule is very hectic.

Then while I was at work, Patti gave me a call and said "Jeremy, congratulations! Everything is closed and recorded!" I nearly burst into tears with joy and excitement.
