After placing the order and 2 wks of phone tag, they finally came to install. Charged me $30 xtra to move 3 pieces of furniture 8 ft over. used my vaccuum without my permission and busted it. Told me they would replace the part, still haven't after 11 days and several phone calls from me. They really should have just replaced the vaccuum immediately instead of making me wait. I am very displeased with their customer service. Don't bother with these people, there are much better companies around Brenham.
