Work with this company if you want to feel cheated! And check the Better Business Bureau for more reports. I contacted Ready 2 Repair to check out a leaky fridge for one of my tenants. He was able to make it over there same day. Based on the description, he estimated a $150 repair. We agreed that he would contact me if it was over $250, but he said he would call if it was more than $150. A few hours later, I got an invoice for about $220 (no call as promised) to replace the door seals, which I paid immediately. About a week later, a property management company took over management of the property. The tenant reported to them the fridge was still leaking, so they called a different repair company. This company said the fridge was not worth repairing because the door seals needed to be replaced and the separator? was saturated with water (note that this company does not sell refrigerators so had nothing to gain by recommending a replacement). I ended buying a new fridge and contacted Ready 2 Repair because apparently they replaced the door seals with bad seals or did no work at all. I shouldn't have needed two service calls to find out I need a new fridge. I demanded a full refund and was told all they could do was refund the $85 service charge. Okay, fine. So asked when/how I would get the refund, and here we are, a month later, and no refund, and no communication!

We received incredibly poor follow up service as promised. The technician was quick to respond, and promised one years guarantee. But, when we needed his help with his recent "fix," we received no return call after half a dozen calls. We will be seeking legal relief. Dr. Hawkins
