I used to like this place before I caught them picking up stuff they dropped on the dirty floor and attempting to feed me contaminated chicken...with hepatitis going around the Greater Seattle area due to Homeless people soiling the streets and parking lots, this is a big deal. I filed a complaint with the health department and refused the free items they tried to buy me off with at the restaurant. A free pie does not make up for nearly putting me in the hospital....those floors are dangerously unsanitary...the same shoes they work in are the same they walk on the nasty unclean bathroom floor in multiple times a day each.
how is it that I paid 27 bucks for a bucket full of wings does that even seem remotely right. Something told me not go there after there service last time, but I did an what did I get wings.

The first time my family and I went into this restaraunt we ordered our food, which was "ready" within two minutes. Fast service is good, but after looking at the food, it was clear the chicken had been sitting for a very long time. We were so disgusted with this we asked for our money back and left (the supervisor was quite rude). About a week later, we attempted to go back and expected better service and maybe better staff. However, this time we had to deal with the same supervisor who then had us sitting waiting for our meal for over 25 minutes, her reason was she was making "fresh food" for us. After inquiring about the wait time, the supervisor was very rude and we then again demanded our money back so we could leave. She then told us we were not allowed to come back. We asked for her supervisor, she said she was it. We asked for her name, she said she did not have one. The restaraunt had terrible customer service and was highly inefficient, incompetent.
My favorite chicken, from the cajun to mild, dirty rice or mashed potatoes. Friendly and efficient staff.
If you are looking for chicken with some extra spice, or for a fast food taste of New Orleans, then this is your place. If you are looking for a place for good chicken with authentic New Orlean taste, stay away from this place.
