General Info
At Kitsap Tennis & Athletic Club we offer a variety of land classes taught by certified instructors which accommodate the "first timer" as well as more advanced participants. Please let the instructor know if it is your first class. Non-members are welcome to participate for a daily or monthly fee. Our Tennis Facilities leaders are: Head Pro, Erik Jacobsen Assistant Pro, Arnel Hipolito Associate Pro, Stan Kula Club Manager, Marsh Riggs Our Racquetball information: Court Rules Protective eye wear is required at all times a player is on the court. Babies and / or child cradles / seats are prohibited on the court Reservations 1. Courts may be reserved after 5:00 p.m. the day prior to play. 2. The first initial and last names of two people are required for each reservation. 3. Only one court per member may be reserved per day unless six hours have transpired from the first reservation end of play. 4. A reservation that cannot be kept must be cancelled at least one hour prior to reservation time. 5. An adult must accompany players under 14 years of age unless they have previously demonstrated acceptable knowledge of the game, court maintenance and etiquette to management. Court Maintenance Equipment foreign to racquetball or handball including wood racquets are prohibited (unless approved by management). All racquets must have the factory-installed white bumper or white adhesive tape applied in place of bumper. Court attire shall include clean tennis shoes with non-marking soles. Shirts must be worn at all times. Please close the door and turn off the lights after completion of play. Court Courtesy All contact with players shall be from the balcony located on the upper level. The court door must not be opened during play; this represents a safety hazard. The court must be relinquished at the end of one hour if the succeeding players are present.
