new to town - got my hair done and really love it! they are so warm and inviting when you get there and i can't wait to go back and get my hair cut and highlighted again :)would recommend this salon to all in the brecksville area.

Horrible haircut! I have long, straight hair and wanted a couple inches cut off - pretty simple right? Wrong!...My stylist actually cut it unevenly. When I complained I was told I would have to talk to the manager who was not in. I called the next day and was told that they would not refund my money but would fix it! I told them I already lost too much hair, time & money so I wanted their most experienced stylist to fix the problem. When I got there for the re-cut, everyone made me feel like it was a huge inconvience to THEM! My hair was cut unevenly by about 1.5-2inches in spots & they when so far as to say..."Well, it's not that uneven." Ugh! Anyway, the stylist who "fixed" my hair indicated that this was not the first time she had to fix something like this and looked almost tired of fixing her co-workers mistakes. I have told everyone I know about this horrible experience and will continue to do so, so that others aren't out money, time & most importantly ~ HAIR!

Buyer Beware. This place is a complete RIP OFF. Extra charges above and beyond the listed price. My first appointment was not put in the computer incorrectly and I could only get part of my service done. I was told that this happens "all the time". The receptionist were very busy texting on there cell phones and paying no attention to the customers. I was served a cup of coffee in a mug that had someone else's lipstick on it. In a word this place is disgusting!

She listen to what I wanted done with my hair and then discussed with me what she was going to do. She was running a little late but sincerely appologized. She also helped me find the products that I wanted to buy but did not pressure me into anything I didn't want. I just moved to the area and I feel lucky to have a salon that I know that I will return to!
