We have used Dnr for several years with zero problems. They are professional and always look after our two dogs as if they were their own. We can't recommend them highly enough.

We got extremely stressed with this place! We had a flight at the same day when we had to drop of our cat and guess what: the door said "lunch" but it was open so we came in, we just didn't have time to wait 2 hours until it's over. Plus we booked the place before, so we were pretty sure it was ok. We only walked at the hall and said "hello", then the crazy lady walked out and started screaming it was a private property. She made us feel like burglars and said she won't take our cat. I also have to say that the place looked really awful and creepy, like it was ready to fell apart and it was unkenneked animals everywhere - and that, I think, was the reason why she got so mad: we incidentally walked in and saw what kind of conditions poor pets live at. So we had 3 hours before our flight and we didn't have place for cat, because of the mentally sick owner. But I am happy we found everything out before leaving our baby there! We found a REALY good place 30 minutes away from there. It's a neat hospital and they charge 15$ a day (719) 836 1717.
