brought in 2 work shirts. They put a huge hole in one shirt in the center next to the collar and claimed it came that way. Excuse me, why would anyone dry clean a shirt with a rip right up top??? I assume the person that accidentally ripped the shirt didn't tell management because they didn't want to be fired. Their management must be scary.
