Completely unreliable!! We booked our daughter's birthday and then we couldn't get in touch with them. After we finally got them on the phone they let me know they had over booked and it was going to be a challenge but they could handle it. That was the last I heard from them. They never returned another call and we had already sent out invites announcing the petting zoo and had to change everything. Very unprofessional and unreliable people...
