When you buy a house for the first time you quickly learn there is a heck of a lot to do in terms of paperwork. It can be stressful and not to mention overwhelming. We were really glad to discover this company on the advise of a neighbour. They gave us the name of two decent companies, we chose this one because the receptionist was friendly and got back to us, and we feel happy about our decision.

First-rate staff, helpful, honest, hardworking. At least this is our experience. We would definitely recommend them (and in fact have done so.) Nice to know they are still around in tough times. They know how the whole system works and understand the ups and downs of the housing world. We would return to them if needed.
