Avenue Broadband Communications, Inc. is a cable television, high speed internet, and digital telephone service provider serving systems in Indiana and Illinois. Our company's goal is to bring advanced services to the communities we serve, while maintaining the highest quality standards with the best possible customer care. Avenue began operations in December 2007, with the acquisition of cable systems in Indiana and Illinois. In January 2008, we began a $14 million upgrade of systems, now offering internet service to more than 95% of our subscribers and telephone service to more than 85%. Avenue has also launched HD to our upgraded systems, and plans to add additional HD channels in the year ahead. Avenue is proud to be independently owned and locally focused.
