The guys came out and fixed one of two problems. The second problem, my tub jets not coming on, they did a preliminary look at the job, stated it was getting late, but could come two days later and do the job. Two days later, and a plea to get out of work early, which was a hassle in it's self, John & John Associates call and cancel the job an hour before the appointment. Now I'm stuck with the problem until I can somehow get another day off of work...and find another plumbing contractor to come out to fix the problem.



I cannot recommend them solely on the fact that they go back on their 'written' word, which was on the copy of the work order they gave me.
