The plumber who came out to do the work, was very knowledgeable and worked swiftly. We are very happy now that everything is working the way it should!

Over the past ten years I have called on John & John Associates, Inc. a lot of times when I needed a plumber in Brazil, IN. The last time I realized that my water heater had rusted through the bottom and was leaking. I called these guys and the plumbers were at my house in less than an hour. My new water heater was installed and ready to use in a few hours later!

Their technicians were polite, professional, and great to work with. They communicated the problem and the solution and gave a fair price.

I called because my apartment was literally flooded from a leak under kitchen sink. It was like a waterfall was gushing out of there. John & John Associates, Inc. had a guy here in 20 min, and called me several times to check how things were going. It is now under control, thank heavens. Very professional, fast and courteous service.

The guys came out and fixed one of two problems. The second problem, my tub jets not coming on, they did a preliminary look at the job, stated it was getting late, but could come two days later and do the job. Two days later, and a plea to get out of work early, which was a hassle in it's self, John & John Associates call and cancel the job an hour before the appointment. Now I'm stuck with the problem until I can somehow get another day off of work...and find another plumbing contractor to come out to fix the problem. I cannot recommend them solely on the fact that they go back on their 'written' word, which was on the copy of the work order they gave me.

These guys are awesome! I have used them several times over the years and I am always treated respectfully and fairly. They have quoted jobs and even though it took longer and was more difficult than expected, they stuck by the estimate. And most recently, did a repair at midnight, got my water back on and didn't overcharge.

They came and gave me and estimate and said they would hatever I wanted. Gave me a resonable estimate. They were late arriving, but did good work. Quickly and efficently and stuck to price quoted. Cleanup after themselves and hauled everything away. Happy with service.
