I offer therapy and counseling to help individuals and couples feel better about themselves and connect better in their relationships. My Specialties Include Helping With The Following: Communicating and relating more effectively in relationships. Improving your sense of self. Increasing your ability to just be able to be your true self, which also means allowing the other person to be him or herself, and stay connected, even when there are waves. Improving your own capacity to change your experience, whether it's your perspective, your mood, your behaviors, or your reactions to people and situations you encounter. I'm human and down to earth in how I relate to people. I don't mystify therapy.
