I took off work today for an appointment at my house that my husband made for a tile estimate. He was to be here between 10-12 and at 12:15 I called the place because nobody called us and they did not apologize and just said that the guy was running behind and would maybe work for 2 or 2:30. When I asked him why they could not call if running behind when missing appointments and that it was not good customer service the man told me I could just forget about the appointment all together then. I guess the truth hurt. Glad I discovered from the start that the customer service was bad before spending thousands.
