My new place in Branson! Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Very nice breakfast with helpful staff. Nice area off the main strip. We will be back

Do not book your vacation hotel here. The floors were dirty and smelled. The sheets had hairs on them like they had not been changed or washed since last user. The shower also had hair and scum in it, like it had not been washed either bed in our room. We also found a used condom under one of the beds, I called the front desk and she ordered me to pick it up and throw it in the trash, like she did not believe me. I told her that I was not touching it, and that I wanted housekeeping to come change the sheets, clean the shower and pick up the you know what.The lady at the desk was very rude about the whole thing. She told me the room had been cleaned and that if I was not happy, and all I want is to complain so much I could leave their Motel but they would charge my credit card anyways for their trouble. ? WHAT ? We only been in the room 5 minutes, did not touch anything in the room. Well they did take the money out of my account charged me for larger room than I got. DO NOT GO...

My family stayed at the Scenic Hills Inn for 1 night in August and it was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room was just a standard 2 queen room and it was very clean! They also have a breakfast room which we did not try because it was really busy there that weekend and it was pretty packed. This is a great hotel and I would book another room there again!

Receptionist was extremely nice- while we ordered a queen bedroom, she offered to upgrade us with no extra charge to a king bedroom, and also ask for our preferences whether we want upper or lower floor. Also asked if we would be using a laptop and anyhow gave us a very nice and spacious room, which looked like it was quite recently renovated.
