No stars is what I will give this hole. Lived her two years just rewed lease again. Then they lower rent not even a month after I just renewed my lease. Messed up the new people get to pay 425. But ones that lived here for years have to pay 525 in till our lease comes back around to be renewed. Ya you are a messed up place. Great going

My apartment was great looking and I was a good renter, always paid rent on time!!! But the ppm that rents these apartments out after bankruptcy is a deal to work with, they don't like to fix things like the water that was leaking in my main bathroom ceiling light fixture or I had no heat in 2 of the bedrooms. I am a disabled veteran and I speak the truth. When I finally decided to move out I put my 30 days in and cleaned apartment up like it was new like when I moved in. I hope people are wise and not move in because of the cheap 425.00 month rent. Thanks for reading.

I have lived here for 4 years and have watched the place go downhill and now back uphill. The new management company and manager really seem like they are trying to do their best to get good responsible people in here. Great place for my children and I.

This place is really nice. The apartments are big and the property is well maintained. The rent is really affordable too which is great. My family is very happy here. I would recommend Ridgecrest.

it is very cheap and affordable for Branson. but they do advertise a pool and daycare there is no daycare is closed. pool gets close whenever management wants to close it or if 1 person does something wrong they close for everybody in all the apartment complexes which is wrong since I am paying rent to have a pool. they really need a onsite manager all the time kids like to throw trash all over. it says in contact 15 years and below must be with an adult but kids run all over the place.
