My daughter has attended this day care for a year now and I enrolled my son upon returning to work. The staff has always be friendly, especially the director who has been very hands on. She knows my kids by name and most mornings is there to greet the kids. The other reviews are very harsh. My daughter has been bit once since attending and bit another child once as well. We were notified about my daughter being bit and when she was the biter. We were able to explain to her that it was wrong and that is not what you do. She has not bit another child since. When my daughter first enrolled she was delayed in her speech. Her vocabulary has since doubled, while she is still a little behind we have gone the extra mile as parents to enroll her in speech therapy. The infant room is always clean and my son just loves his teacher. I think this day care is one of the best in town. While nothing compares to raising your child yourself at home, my kids love going to "school" every day!

Do NOT take ur child here. It raises so many red flags. You're not allowed beyond a door in front of the facility. There's no menu posted, there's no curriculum outline. There are cameras outside so staff will get ur child ready before u step inside the building (very weird). My son had another child bite him on the hand which caused a purple bruise on his hand& marks in the middle of his fingers. My mom picked him up& she was told he got bit, was not given an incident slip, &the director said "Well, they ARE little" laughing &shrugging it off. I wrote a letter asking what was done about it asking if the parents were notified &if the child was reprimanded for his behavior, meaning placed in time out or spoken2. She wrote me a response saying I had a week 2find another daycare. Apparently a parent is not allowed2 question anything. She said my child had come in with marks& that the child that bit my son was not my concern & I seemed 2want corporal punishment 4the other child. Horrible!

This is not a recommended child care service in the Branson, MO area. My niece has been attending this child care center since she was about two years old and she is now five.. There hasn't been any problems in the care department, but the owner/lady who runs it has one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. She has repeatedly been rude to my family and others and it seems the only thing she cares about is the business and how much money she can make out of it, not about keeping good connections with the people and children who keep her in business. Her attitude needs a major adjustment or I'm afraid the kids in her care may start to suffer. Don't choose this facility as a place to put your kids for day care. Thank God my niece is done with it.
