I would tell them not to eat at the restaurant (Buckingham) It was the worst place I have ever eaten. I ordered a simple hot roast beef sandwich. What I got was BURNT BLACK toast with the sandwich. I called the owner of the restaurant and he told me that he would send me the money for my meal and that he was sorry. Well I guess he don't care what people think of his restaurant. I have never received the money. So they are liars too. Don't ever go eat at that restaurant . Its really sad that the customers have to pay for something so BAD. They don't care as long as the can charge outrageous amounts for something so simple. You can get a better meal from a local greasy spoon...

I have to agree with the above rating. The staff, especially Mr Dent, were totally unprofessional. The breakfast was such a joke (scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal, doughnuts, thats it) I have stayed there several years ago, and had a pleasant experience, but I will NEVER return. I stayed with a friend and my CC was charged $583 for 2 nights. I can not stress enough DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, RUN!!!!!

I have stayed at the Clarion hotel about 6 times. It's a nice place for the money. The problem is you really have the watch the workers with you CC. They charged us 2 nights a total of $286 when we didn't even stay at the hotel! We had called to ask about a room but thats it. The room would not work for out child...they told us they wouldn't except children in that suite.

We got back home from vacation and these charges were on our CC.

The hotel owner/manager would bearly refund our money. We had to argue with him for almost an hour. He was EXTREMELY rude blaming us for him losing money. It was ridiculous.

I would not reccomend this place b/c of the UNEDUCATED STAFF.

The hotel is nice besides the crappy breakfast, staff an but staff are horrible.

Oh...they also do not clean there glasses in the rooms...STAY AWAY!!
