Last Saturday, 5-17-14, we were in Branson for a class reunion when our brakes failed. Although it was already past closing time when we called, these guys stayed late to repair our brakes and get us home! They did an awesome repair job at a very reasonable price! I'm a car dealer from out of town, and one of my customers had accidentally locked themselves out of their "running" car in front of the Branson airport terminal, with their tickets and baggage inside. I have been using Advanced for a year now, and I have had only good experience with them. Michael is the owner and is a great guy. He has always been really good to explain what they found, why it's a problem, and how they are going to fix it. They also will sometimes pick you up, if it's semi-close. I have had my cars in 5-6 times now and feel they are honest and reputable in their business.

My car broke down while I was in Branson for a conference. I took a chance and called this shop for help. After giving a brief description of the problem, the individual on the other end gave me a likely diagnosis, their labor rate, and said the job should be completed in a day but qualified it with a "I'll have to look at it to know for sure." Once the shop looked at it, about 2 hours after getting the car towed in, they called me confirming the previous diagnosis and gave me a price. When I tried to talk them down on labor rate, the shop respectfully but confidently defended their price; I was impressed with their position and agreed with the quote. The shop said they would have the parts in the next morning and completed that same day. The car was done before promised, price was reasonable, and work was quality. They even picked me up from hotel and brought me back to their shop to pay and pick up my car. I highly recommend this shop and they are worth what they charge.
