Gorgeous! large apartments, very happy!

Just moved in-can't wait to get out! These apartments seem gorgeous-but don't be fooled. My boyfriend and I moved in to these apartments in mid-April and we've had NOTHING but ISSUES! First, the garage they assigned us was full of someone else's stuff. When we reported this issue we were told it belonged to the people who were evicted from our apartment some time ago, and they would have it empty by noon the next day. Two days after moving in, we had a current tenant knocking on our door-the stuff belonged to him and Legacy Real Estate, the property management company, told him to take it up with us. Shortly after, we discovered our AC was not working. We called right away, knowing that temps would be rising with summer quickly approaching. Now, after 5 weeks of waiting and placing follow up calls with NO response from Legacy Real Estate we are still waiting for our AC. Today's temp was over 100 degrees! DO NOT RENT HERE!

I recommend RUNNING as fast as you can away from this place. Apt. itself was nice, but if anything breaks, don't expect someone to fix it within the next month time frame. No customer service. Cheaply built and put together, so things break often. You can leave messages to have management call you back but they never will.

Great brand new apartments. Very large two bedrooms with two baths. Tuck under garage so we can walk right from our garage into our apartment without going outside. Great deck and views. Fantastic place to live.
