I rented a full-size car for a wedding in Arkansas my boyfriend and I were attending. We got a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. It was awesome. The condition was close to immaculate also. We had to put up a $200 deposit even though I was told I wouldn't have to but I was prepared to do so anyway. The return was as fast as the checkout. It only took 2 days to get my refund also. I will rent my next car from this Enterprise this February when we head to Mardi Gras.
My car broke down and had to be towed for repair. I needed a rental while it was out of commission. The Enterprise staff was fast, caring, and efficient even though I walked in and did not have a reservation.
