Receptionist was rude and curt, payment person was very unpersonable. Nurses were great! However, billing is a nightmare. Never received that first invoice but after only one month, am getting slammed with calls from a collection agency demanding my payment in full. Would have liked to have made payment arrangements directly with the facility.
