If I could give negative stars I would. I feel like I was insulted or slapped in the face. They had the nerve to give me burnt "loaded cheese fries" with CHEEZ WIZ!!! And charge $5.25 for it! Never in my life...how can you call yourself NY Times Square Pizza? I traded in my fries for just a salad and was given enough dressing for 3 bites and not even a fork because apparently they had none. So, 25 minutes and $13 later we ended up with a soda, gross slice, decent zeppoles and crappy salad. If I had gone back in there I would have exploded. I'd rather deal with the waste of money than be served cheez wiz or get sick. I wish I had taken a photo of the disgraceful food.

The pizza here is really good! I like their sandwiches and their fries are great, and they have a pretty awesome variety of fries, the southwestern fries are my favorite. Their baked ziti is delicious, and the owners were really cool, I will definitely be back.

My favorite on the menu is the veggie paninis, made special with their very own homemade bread, sprinkled with spices, sauteed vegetables and covered with melted cheese. mmmmm so good. I partake at least once or twice a week.



The atmosphere is changing on a daily basis. Soon there will be a fresh coat of paint, new dining area, and a whole new experience for the palate. Out with the old and in with the new.



What a welcome change for the up coming new year.

Bad Customer service, impossible to get what you order. The owner or person pretending to be owner never said please, thank you. The customer is is not always correct special orders are Not possible. I was born and raised in NYC and the best pizza comes from Brooklyn and Staten Island not times square. I know pizza and in my 10 years here i have been on the hunt for passable pizza. Rate a bussiness by Cust. service, pricingis not mprortant ( not important during the hunt), delivery and pickup wait times. And most important the taste its good but only 1 step above West shore and all the above complaints will be addressed by ordering from West shore. I ordered for delivery or pickup about 7 times a month and because of wanna be New Yorkers with bad attitudes I and my I talian family of about 30 will follow my lead.
