I've taken my dogs to Bruce for nail trims for about 2 years. His prices are low, so I always tip double. One of my dogs is a small mixed breed who was hit by a car and we adopted from a rescue. He is very scared of having his nails trimmed, but Bruce has done a good job of getting it done. On this day, my dog peed and got some on Bruce's shirt. Bruce got upset, brought my dog out and simply said "I'm not doing him anymore". My husband and I tried to reason with Bruce, but he would not listen. Actually Bruce was pretty rude from the time we walked in the door, so maybe he was having a bad day, but he conducted himself unprofessionally, in my opinion. We will gladly go elsewhere. We rescued that dog and he has special needs, so he deserves patience and compassionate treatment, which was lacking today.

This place is great. My dog was always so afraid of being groomed that he actually got sick. This has never happened with this groomer. He does a great job at a reasonable cost and my dog looks and smells great without being traumatized.

My last groomer would cut to close to the skin and often I would pick up my miniature le with cuts and bleeding. They nev did what I asked. I have been a customer at The Dog House about 5 months and am more than satisfied. This is the best groomdr in town.

Bruce is AWESOME!! Best, most affordable groomer in town.
