Absolute garbage. Learned NOTHING from their scuba classes. They DO NOT work with new divers. I never should have been certified and I say that with confidence. They instructors party until 3am before an 8am dive. You're just another source of income to them. The shop owner is stuck up and lousy. Highly recommend looking elsewhere before wasting your money on this sorry business. No one wants to sell you anything or help you look/ talk about product. It's just a hang out for them between charters. AVOID

Owner has a dull personality and wasn't very helpful...Poor customer service!

Husband and I decided to get open water certified and for convenience to our home we used Scuba Quest in Brandon. The dive Instructor Robby was awesome, however the rest of the staff definitely should find another line of work. They were not very customer service oriented and down rite not happy about their jobs and when you are there to learn something new for a hobby your pretty excited about it and you want to feel that the staff are happy for you and share the same interest with a postive attitude..Even after getting certified we called and wanted to book a charter. The Brandon store staff seemed uninterested so, we booked the Venice shark hurt trip with the Scuba Quest store out of Venice Florida instead and they were very happy to get our business.Sorry to say the Brandon store lost business.
