Founded by Zee (Zlatko Buzuk), Stretch & Flexibility, Personal Trainer, Group Personal Trainer NASM Certified, with over 8 years of experience in helping clients achieve their physical potential, we understand the importance of movement and the impact it has on overall wellness. With a strong focus on results and passion for health, our mission is to help you feel your best where ever you are-at home, at the office, or anywhere you need us! Our stretching protocols focus not only on the physical aspects of your body, but also the spiritual and emotional. We will address the restrictions that are created due to the every day tasks by synchronizing your thoughts and breathing with the stretch.
