I always had a great service on time with appt their could be a time where I was delay but is like everything in life you have to be patient other than that, my experience is been very good with them

This place is the worst. Don't even bother with an appt, they don't care. If you can go anywhere else, do that!

Don't let Tony (Spanish older guy) touch you. He doesn't know what he is doing. Held the needle down as he was taking it out and scraped my vein. Caused a huge hematoma possibly causing nerve damage. I was there for 3 hours and got my blood taken 5 times 3 by a lovely older lady and twice by Tony. You can totally tell the difference in each arm the older lady not one ounce of pain or brusing. The arm Tony did twice a huge hematoma and then another bruise on the other spot. He definitely should consider another job.

Very very rude old hag in the front desk.. And the rest of the staff all women are just as bad.. Seems like they are lacking Vitamin D from there husbands or boyfriends at home. You ask a question and they all bark with an attitude like if the clients are the ones that are wrong.. Save yourself from this group and find another place to get your labs done... I have to rate this a 1 in order to get my post in, but in reality it is negative beyond the count.....

Rude Staff and slow as molasses. I made the mistake of coming to the Brandon office to take a pre-employment drug screen without an appointment. I will NEVER ever make that mistake again. I sat there AN HOUR just waiting to get registered to be seen. Asked why the wait was so long, the very rude woman told me because I didn't have an appointment. So after 65 minutes just for them to take my paperwork it was another 24 minutes til I got called back. The woman running the test was about 80 and not so pleasant herself. I swear, I will go to the Bloomingdale office next time if i EVER have to have the unfortunate luck of having to use LabCorp. Sheesh, and i thought Quest was bad.

Front desk staff is extremely rude. I have no idea how they still have a job!!!! Ask them a question and all they say is wait wait and more wait!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
