Dr. Hall was wonderful. I feel 100% better. I did have a problem with the billing department and their lack of accuracy. They waited over two years to notify me about a $60.00 balance, that did not match my records. There was no talking to the billing clerk and she turned my balance over to a collection agency. I paid my account in full at each visit, and even had all my receipts but she would not listen. She also tried to file the total bill with my insurance company twice for the total bill. I loved Dr. Hall and the results, but I am very upset with my mark against my credit score. I take pride in always paying my debts, but I will not pay twice for the same services.
