Every day when I look in the mirror I am disapointed that one eye is darker than the other. On your web site you state "Client care and satisfaction is a top priority" but unfortunately that is not true. when I sent you the picture of my eyes,and told you they were still uneven, after the second visit, you stated in the email, I see what you mean, but then you refused to fix it without additional money. I thought you said that the second visit was when you would fix anything that needed to be fixed, and make it darker if I wanted, but that was not the case. I have spoken to 4 more professionals in the tampa area who all state they would have fixed it for free as part of the initial payment. They all said they would never want a client to be unhappy, or unsatisfied with their work.
