Although Dr. Fiore is probbably a very qualified doctor, he chose to work with a very poor quality staff at his office and this makes a huge difference on the patient perception. I am disgusted by the rudeness and unprofessionalism and the poor Customer Service offered by the people at the office. First of all a visit with appointment should not have 50 minutes waiting, but that would not be much if the follow up was good. Follow up is horrible, I asked for an eastimate on a surgery I need to have quite urgently 4 weeks ago and no one is back to me to let me know. I am seeking a second opinion at another office, asked them to provide a fax with dr. Fiore's notes, after 2 days the other office didn't get any fax yet. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Suggestion, Fiore, get a better staff, probably you deserve it.
