This place was much better before this dentist married his office girl and she took over. Now it's HER way or the highway and it's lost/losing him many patients. The equipment is VERY old and in need of replacement. They need to invest in up to date, modernized chairs, x-rays machines, instruments and other equipment. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I definitely don't trust their advice. This business and it's dentist are very old and in need of an update and new management. I'd rather go elsewhere where I can trust the equipment to be safe as well as effective and to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business.
