I found the dress of my dreams in this little boutique for under $300.00. the owner there is extremely sweet and so are the people that help her. I love this shop. thank you for my beautiful wedding gown

I had no reservation ( don't recommend that ) and I had very very limited time before my wedding when walked into the cinderella shop, however I received the most incredible customer service. When I walked in I was immediatley greeted by Valerie, the owner and immediatley helped try to find me a dress and accommodate my limited budget. After I chose my dresses I liked I felt I needed to sleep on it. The next day she opened up the shop early just for me to be able to try on more dresses and still be able to make my flight that day. I have been in since to get my dress steamed and the amazing customer service just continues. The cinderella shop has beautiful beautiful dresses at very affordable prices. I can't recommend the cinderella shop enough. If this marriage doesn't work out, ill be back wink emoticon. Just kidding of course

Imagine your best friend calling you and telling you she has to be married in 10 days and that your the Matron of Honor and she needs your help. Well that's what happened to me! Thank God I did some research and found Val at The Cinderella Shop! In one visit we found an amazing dress for the bride, a beautiful dress for myself as well as the flower girls and even the ring bearer. Val had everything we could possibly need from the veil, to headbands, to the shaws, etc. I couldn't believe the wonderful assortment of things she offered at her store. But what truly makes our experience even better is the bride got RED dye on her dress a few days later while trying it on again and Val took the dress to her home and had it cleaned perfectly, dried, and steamed in one day, she was a miracle worker!!!! We could not have made this wedding happen without her. The best thing was planning a wedding in only 10 days we were on a tight budget and everything she offers is very affordable. A Huge thank you to The Cinderella Shoppe and the owner Val!!!!

I bought my second wedding dress at The Cinderella Shoppe!!!! I tired on over 20 dress and the owner showed me a dress #21 and it was perfect. The dress only needed minimal alternations. The dress had never been worn and I paid almost nothing for it. I had my alternations completed by Carmen and she even made my hair piece. I felt great and looked beautiful on my wedding day. Not to mention my daughter found her dress for my wedding there too.

Amazing dresses. Its like heaven in there. Mrs. Boerner is very welcoming .. and helpful, if she can't help you she will point you in the right direction highly recommend

I walked into her store on 9.19.14. She asked me if I had a appointment & I told her no. She told me she had one in 40 mins, I said ok I will come back another time. She then went ahead and showed me some of her dresses. (Before I returned to her store I tried on 2 dress w my lil sister, my 3month old son and 1 yr old nephew at 1 consginment shop. Hated both!) I went into the dressing room w 2 dresses I choose from the rack. Tried the first dress on and absolutely LOVED it. I told her and my sister I didnt want to take it off. My sister said just go ahead and try the 2nd dress on. I said no! After a hour later of just looking at myself in my dress I bought it! I would deff recommend this place to anyone!

Our family had an appointment today for a wedding dress for my niece. It was truly a wonderful experience. My nieces day was complete with finding the perfect dress and excellent service from beginning to end. I highly recommend this store.

The dresses are each unique and beautiful. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. We will recommend this shoppe over and over. Definitely one of our favorites!

Can't say enough great things about this little known dress shop ! Prom is only 2weeks away and they had such a large selection of dresses to choice from ! Staff of ladies were all wonderful and very helpful . My daughter and I were made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in . No matter your budget they treat everyone special . My daughter found a dress she fell in love with and we wanted to share the experience with FB . We stopped at several other shops that did not have near the selection and prices were ridiculous ! . Thank you ladies for your caring and style !

I purchased a lace jacket and the girls were so accommodating in looking for a dress to match it. Even though I didn't purchase the jacket from them. All of the ladies in the shop went out of there way to help me and I found a dress perfect for me.

A++ I found Cinderella Shoppe on the internet and wasn't sure what to expect when I would arrive. What a nice shop! My daughter and I arrived and were immediately greeted by one of the associates. We felt welcome and comfortable there while shopping for homecoming dresses. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional while making you feel like you had always been a customer of theirs. We bought a beautiful, unique dress and are very happy. We will go there again and refer our family and friends. Thanks for making dress shopping so much fun!

My daughter and I bought her homecoming dress here. Such a beautiful selection with LOTS of selection, and in larger sizes we were having trouble finding. Wonderful and helpful service, and great prices for the quality. I highly recommend.

I took my sweet 16 yr old daughter here for the 1st time. I've never even been in one if these shoppes before, so I didn't know what to expect. The lady who helped us was kind of nice -.- but she kept talking to my daughters friend instead of me (I'm mom, & I'm buying) so I figure she should deal with me. My daughter tried on 3 or 4 dresses. I can't hear very well so I don't hear half of what's being said lol, anyway. The dress in the window on the dummy was here fav., it had a few things wrong with it & it looked worn out. $250.00 is the price & she wouldn't budge the price at all. When all is said & done my daughter picked a $140.00 dress out (nonnegotiable) either & it needed to be took in in a few places to fit her good. The lady gave us options 1: pay them ext., to have them fix it or 2: use someone else. We had to pay half the electric bill to get this dress for my daughters 1st homecoming dance & I didn't realize that it would be much more for it to be fixed but didn't get prices until after we payed "cash" for the dress. & after I looked at the receipt & it said "all sales finale" I panicked! But didn't say nothing cuz she really wanted that dress. Now my daughter has over come some downs in her short life & is a wonderful, strong, loving. & very beautiful person & I would do almost anything to get her that dress. So we took the dress home & put it in her closet. Now my husband is away in St. Pete (construction) working & doesn't know we got the dress. She was going to surprise him when he got home. When he gets home he has a surprise for her, he got the other dress she was wanting before she knew about this store & we thought we couldn't afford. She just couldn't believe it! So, I call this Cinderella shoppe & asked for the owner "Valerie" & she was some what polite but you could tell she was hateful with the tone in her voice. I was being so nice to her & she kept saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" I was a little up-set with her but I didn't sound it or say anything for her to say that. She mentioned that on the receipt it says "all sales finale" & I said, well that's messed up I didn't get that option to begin with, I didn't know about that until after I got the dress & looked at the receipt. And she said "I'm sorry you feel that way but that's out policy & have a nice day & hung up. When I first talked to her I said "my daughter got the $140.00 bright orangish or pinkish long dress & we can't afford to have it fixed to fit her may I please have a refund on this dress & she right off went off on me, she says "well we're not like "Walmart", we don't give refunds, these are 1 time event dresses & that's not just our policy it's other stores like us. I said " there's nothing you can do for me?" & she just kept saying, "sorry you feel that way." & the other girl I talked to on the phone said they have a thing where they can "buy back" the dress but it's a third of the cost, but "Valerie" didn't mention anything about that when I asked her if there was any thing she could do for me. I just feel I was treated unfairly. I took it that she hinted around that I was poor cuz she said that about walmart but yet you can get refunds from any store in the mall. I recommend for no one to shop there. That she is not in good business if she couldn't even help me & now I'm stuck with a $140.00dress. She is a cold & greedy person. Thank god for my wonderful husband, he had the other half of our electric bill to get her the dress she originally wanted along with shoes (: there's some greedy & selfish everywhere! It's time we banded together & let this type off businesses go under . If weren't for people they wouldn't be able to stay in business.

Outstanding customer service! Not only were the dresses fabulous and priced just right, the staff was so helpful and encouraging. My niece has been searching for a prom dress and the sales lady just encouraged her to try on many options, and was very helpful in finding one that looked great on her. We had an amazing experience and will definitely revisit the shop when in need of a great dress! Thank you!
