This used to be a great daycare for kids before they brought the old director back. Ms. Lori was great & a pleasure to deal with, Ms. Michelle is the opposite. The kids don't like her & it's obvious that the staff doesn't like her either. I watched her discipline a young child for misbehaving & I was shocked at the way she was yelling at the child & dragging her by the arm. I pulled my son out the day after I saw that. I figured if that's how she talks to & treats children when parents are around, I was afraid to think of how she treats them when they aren't there. The majority of the staff are great & they really do care about the kids. There are some special needs children at the center, but they seem to fit in just fine. The security isn't the greatest either & the punch in/out clock doesn't work half the time & anyone can walk in as someone walks out as long as that clock isn't working. Since I've moved my child, he has grown socially & really likes the new daycare. Don't go here!
