Customer service was terrible when requesting a refund. Prices were not clearly quoted, never received an invoice or written receipt, therefore hard to argue with refund amount.

Very very poor customer service! Called to get a quote on a window sticker and the lady who answered got frustrated because she didn't know pricing and said ugh here u talk to her and gave the phone to a man who was just as rude. Wont be getting my business thats for sure!
