Their approach has never been to just get by; they are committed to building the best. Can Brandon Sheds construct a building on site? No. all of our buildings are delivered fully assembled to our customer’s site. By building our products in a manufacturing environment, we are able to better control our costs and deliver a very high quality, durable building at an affordable price. Are all of your buildings available for rent-to-own? All of the standard buildings are available for rent-to-own. Can buildings be customized beyond the standard options that are offered? As a general rule, most of our customization takes the form of our standard options. However, if you have a request that cannot be addressed with our available options, we encourage you to call us with your requirements. We can discuss the request with our builders and see if the modification is feasible and cost effective as a custom order. What type of building foundation is required? A reasonably flat (as opposed to level) area is required - we will level the building to the existing terrain. The building does not need any additional foundation work such as gravel or concrete. We can certainly place the building on these foundations, however, they are not required for installation. Can my building be placed at a specific height from the ground? We supply a single layer of blocking up to 4 inches and the appropriate amount of anchors according to local building codes. You may purchase a double layer of blocking for a nominal fee. Raising a building to high could effect the basic anchoring system and additional anchoring or a different anchoring style may be required. How can I reach someone at Brandon Sheds? You can reach our main office between 9 AM and 5:30 PM Mon - Fri, Sat 9am to 4pm at 813 657-9772. Our fax number is 813 661-4715. What is included in the installation? The installation includes placing and leveling the building on site. We do not remove obstacles or provide ground leveling services. The buildings are leveled to the terrain with 4" x 8" x 16" solid concrete blocks and (ground contact rated) treated lumber. All buildings will also be anchored at the time of delivery. What is the delivery charge? One free delivery attempt is included in the price of the building, within a 25 highway mile radius of the store If the distance to your site is greater than 25 miles there will be a delivery fee depending on delivery location. Can a building be moved once it has been installed? Yes. Cost will be determined on a case by case basis. Will my building be anchored? Yes, a basic anchoring system is used standard. Alternate anchoring can be used for a nominal fee. ie. mobile home style anchoring (steel banding). Will you remove any unwanted building from my property? To be determined on a case by case basis. •STEEL BUILDINGS At Lark we realize the specific requirement for storage can vary from customer to customer. For this reason, we build portable buildings to meet virtually any size storage demand. From the smallest to the largest, Lark will provide the ideal size portable building to meet your storage needs. •PORTABLE BUILDINGS We at Lark, in keeping with the spirit of constantly improving our product, are using a construction method known as modular. What this means is that each wall and roof section is a totally independent part of the overall building system and alone it can maintain its structural integrity without the support of other building members. The wall sections are rectangular modules that have 2 x 4 top and bottom plates connected diagonally by rigid steel T-wall or hat channel bracing. This type of support insures that the wall system has consistent support on all wall sections. The reason we fortify our walls in this manner is to avoid lateral movement or distortions of the siding that can result from high wind loading. •PATIO FURNITURE All furniture is Pressure Treated Pine. Screwed and bolted, no nails. Every piece is sanded and sealed after construction. Contoured backs and bottoms for a comfortable fit.
